We act as an Insurance IMF and provide services including insurance advisory, policy facilitation, documentation assistance, and coordination with insurance companies. We do not underwrite insurance policies; policy issuance and acceptance are solely at the discretion of the respective insurance companies.

2. Eligibility

By availing our services, the customer confirms that all details provided are true, complete, and accurate. Any discrepancy or misrepresentation may result in policy rejection, cancellation, or claim denial by the insurer.

3. Payments

• Payments made through Razorpay are for insurance advisory, facilitation, processing, and service charges.

• Insurance premium amounts, if collected, are transferred to the respective insurance company as per applicable regulations.

• All payments are subject to applicable taxes and gateway charges.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, available on our website and Razorpay page.

• Once policy processing, documentation, or proposal submission has commenced, no refunds will be issued.

• Policy-related cancellations and refunds after issuance are subject to the respective insurer’s terms, including the free-look period where applicable.

5. Policy Issuance & Insurer Responsibility

• Policy issuance, coverage terms, premium rates, exclusions, and claims are governed solely by the insurance company’s policy document.

• We are not responsible for underwriting decisions, claim approvals/rejections, or insurer delays.

6. Free-Look Period

Customers may cancel the policy within the free-look period as defined by the insurer. Any refund during this period will be processed by the insurer after applicable deductions as per their rules.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited strictly to the service fees paid to us. We shall not be liable for:

• Claim rejection or settlement disputes

• Insurer delays or deductions

• Technical issues on insurer or payment gateway platforms

8. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms, insurers, or service providers. We are not responsible for their availability, performance, or policy decisions.

9. Confidentiality

All customer information is handled confidentially and shared only with insurers or regulatory authorities as required for policy processing and compliance.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be applicable from the date of publication.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
