Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued once any of the following has started:

    • Policy issuance or underwriting process

    • Documentation verification

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited to the original payment method.

  • Policy processing and documentation charges

  • Service and convenience fees

  • Third-party charges levied by insurers or partners

  • Policy cancellation, modification, or refund after issuance is subject to the respective insurance company’s terms and conditions.

  • The agency is not responsible for delays or deductions made by the insurer during refund processing.
