If policy processing, documentation submission, insurer coordination, proposal filing, or advisory services have already commenced, cancellation will not be permitted.
All cancellation requests must be submitted through official communication channels (email or registered contact number).
Refunds will be considered only in cases where cancellation is approved by the company.
No refunds will be issued once any of the following has started:

Policy issuance or underwriting process
Documentation verification
Consultation or advisory services
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited to the original payment method.
Insurance advisory and consultation fees
Policy processing and documentation charges
Service and convenience fees
Third-party charges levied by insurers or partners
Policy cancellation, modification, or refund after issuance is subject to the respective insurance company’s terms and conditions.
The agency is not responsible for delays or deductions made by the insurer during refund processing.
